Guardian Home Application

Become a valued part of the Huckleberry Doodles family through our Guardian Home Program! A guardian home provides one of our carefully selected breeding dogs with a loving, forever family while partnering with us to preserve and improve our breeding program. As a guardian family, you'll provide daily care, training, socialization, regular veterinary care, and a safe, nurturing home while we retain breeding rights for a limited period. We believe our guardian families are the heart of our program, and we are committed to building lasting relationships based on trust, communication, and support every step of the way. If you're interested in welcoming an exceptional dog into your family and becoming an important part of our program, we'd love to hear from you. What color puppy are you interested in?
What gender are you interested in?
Have you ever trained a dog before?
Do you have a fenced yard or pen area?
Does ayone in your household have allergies to animals?
Do you agree to feed your dog a good quality diet for the entirety of its life?
Do you agree that this dog will be an inside dog only?
Do you understand female dogs will need to remain in your home away from any other dogs for the duration of her heat cycle (approx. 2-3 weeks)?
Do you agree to not abuse or neglect this dog, and that if at any time we have cause to believe the dog is being abused/neglected we have the legal right to repossess the dog?
Do you agree to communicate openly, honestly, and in a timely manner?
Do you understand you will be rsponsible for all costs not related to breeding for the dog?
Do you understand you will need to transport the dog where needed within the Valley for breeding purposes?
